Scott Herke

Scott Herke As manager of the Genomics Core for the College of Science, I provide DNA sequencing services, access to molecular biology equipment and technique trouble-shooting advice. My experience in academic biology includes molecular biology, population genetics, embryology, and fisheries field research. Beyond academia, I served as a project manager for five years in an environmental-regulatory program (New England Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). My strengths include extensive experience in troubleshooting techniques, a broad background in molecular and field research techniques, and a dedication to designing better ways to achieve work goals.
